Ingredients
- ½ cup Glytime Instant Porridge Oats
- ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Vumba Mountain Pure Honey
- ½ banana, sliced
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method

Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, honey, and cinnamon in a jar or bowl.
