Weekend Granola Yoghurt Parfait

A layered breakfast that looks fancy but takes three minutes to build. Perfect for slow Saturday mornings on the stoep.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glytime Crunchy Granola
  • 1½ cups plain or vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit (berries, mango, banana)
  • 2 tbsp Vumba Mountain Pure Honey
  • Handful of fresh mint (optional)

Method

  1. 1

    In two tall glasses, spoon a layer of yoghurt at the bottom.

    Add a layer of granola, then a layer of fruit.

  3. 3

    Repeat layers until the glass is full.

  4. 4

    Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with mint leaves.
